Sorry have had some time off for the christmas holidays.

I've removed the 2 files and confirmed they are gone. More than 24hrs and still the same error message.

If you view the source, does the graph show up but the tables are empty?
I have had other user with the same problem and it was caused by the time of the device was not in sync with the NA server.
Can you check that again and verify that they are?

The latest update to NA which came out yesterday does have a bug fix for Cisco ASA's that are running Netflow Version 9.
Is the device you are monitoring a Cisco ASA firewall?

Its a Cisco Router and we set set netflow to 5 just in case it was an issue with netflow 9.

nothing has changed since my first post. Graph is good, tables are empty, data files look ok, querie tab throws nfdump error.

Can you run this to remove the nfdump folder from the flows directory.

Code: Select all

rm -fr /usr/local/nagiosna/var/NUGSHORTRT01/flows/nfdump-1.6.13:
If this doesn't fix it, can you delete the source and recreate it with a different name and see if the issue is still there?

the folder didn't exist as I ran that command from your previous post. adding the device in by a different name helped. Lucky I had mistyped the devices name and had an opportunity to rename to the correct and permanent name.

I am now seeing the data in the tables and the reports are running fine. Thanks for all you help
