The number the check_selenium plugin outputs represents the seconds required to run the test case. Based on your output, Selenium took 19.58 seconds to complete the test case provided. It's worth mentioning that when the Selenium IDE we mention in the documents exports a test case as Perl, it has a default timeout period of 30 seconds for all time-based waits.
