To add to your last post -
When the timeperiods copied over, your nagios.cfg file could still be referencing the original timeperiods file that has a 24x7 definition. You could exclude this file from your configuration, if it already exists on the configuration you're bringing in.

Due to errors. I am planning to do Install fresh Nagios XI install on my VMware Machine. So how do I download the .ova and importing the virtual machine to our environment. The following is my current VMware env,
