Alerting on Null Events

Post by CFT6Server »

What is the query or alerting settings to use if I want to alert when there are 0 events over a period of time?

The threshold settings are based on the Nagios Plugins standard.

So I believe that @0 should be what you require.

Thanks. I have configured the alerts with those threshold values. Will monitor this for a bit.

Thanks Box293. The threshold alert works perfectly as I received notification last night for null events.

Is it alright if we lock this thread and mark the issue as resolved?
