The developer jfrickson agrees that it is a NDO issue and is currently looking at it.

I believe the problem was in ndomod. I've committed a fix that should resolve the problem.

Hello there,

I am sorry because I have been out because of holidays and I didnt see jfrickson's answer until yesterday.
Today I've been able of trying this new ndoutils version and it's working fine!
Reloading now is working for me and nagios is not crashed.
