How to switch off alerts of hosts ?

Post by soamz »

HI, I have 145 hosts.
Out of that, 7 hosts I have switched off knowingly for some POPs, which will be on after few days, so I dont want to remove anything, but just switch off.
How do I switch off the email alerts ?

Its flooding crazy my email inbox.

You should have options under a host's details for disabling all the service notifications (or the active checks themselves):

Is this what you're looking for?

You can use PNP4Nagios to enable graphing, here is a guide I wrote some time ago:

If you need help with this or the alarms question please open separate threads.
