New Nagios XI Install issues.

System Info:

Nagios: Latest Nagios XI as of 21 July 2016
Manual Install of XI
OS: Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 7.2 (Maipo)
OS: 64bit?
OS: Fresh RHEL server iso from RedHat (downloaded 21 July 2016)
System is registered with Red Hat. yum update prior to Nagios install successful.

./fullinstall unable to download nmap-6.47-1.x86_64. However I can use wget to d/l the file nearly instantly.

If I try to install to install nmap-6.47-1.x86_64.rpm manually with yum install nmap-6.47-1.x86_64 or yum install nmap-6.47-1.x86_64 -c I get:

It could be caused by the yum cache needing to be cleared out.
Try running this command and then try the upgrade again.

Also, is the server behind a proxy server?

Tried clearing yum's cache both with the above commands posted above and manually,

When you download the nmap rpm using wget, try using this command to install it. You need to have the .rpm in the filename when installing locally.

yum install nmap-6.47-1.x86_64.rpm

Next, lets rebuild the yum cache by running this command. Then try running the install again.
