TGCS003 is on 10.2.8.10 host

TGKW005 is on 10.2.8.8 \host which is the new host I created and move over some of the VMs to which are all working

What is the output of this command on the vMA host?

Code: Select all

~/box293_check_vmware.pl --server 10.2.8.10 --check Guest_CPU_Usage --guest TGCS003

What is the output of this command on the Nagios Server?

Code: Select all

ps -ef | grep nagios.cfg | grep -v grep

Troy

From the VMA host

vi-admin@tgkw002:~> ~/box293_check_vmware.pl --server 10.2.8.10 --check Guest_CPU_Usage --guest TGCS003
UNKNOWN:Guest is powered OFF or is not accesible, cannot collect data! [Guest_CPU_Usage]
vi-admin@tgkw002:~>

That is the same on the Nagios Page I posted

The grep info

root@tgcs017:/usr/local/nagios/etc/objects# ps -ef | grep nagios.cfg | grep -v grep
nagios 18081 1 0 Oct16 ? 00:06:01 /usr/local/nagios/bin/nagios -d /usr/local/nagios/etc/nagios.cfg
nagios 18089 18081 0 Oct16 ? 00:00:14 /usr/local/nagios/bin/nagios -d /usr/local/nagios/etc/nagios.cfg
root@tgcs017:/usr/local/nagios/etc/objects#

The only thing I can suggest is rebooting the XI server 10.2.8.10.
