Post by dlukinski »

Hello XI Support

How to exclude / mark downtime for SLA report in case when it have already happened?
Say some downtime happened outside of pre-scheduled hours
How to exclude one from the report?

This isn't going to be possible. The reporting feature has been made so that any time that has already passed, cannot be modified.

So only by timeperiods.. is there way to make timeperiod a monthly thing instead of weekly?

I'm not sure modifying an existing time period will work either, it'd take some testing to be honest.

To answer your question though, yes, you can have time periods be defined on a monthly basis. Take a look at this as a sample - https://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nag ... timeperiod

Please close. Worked for us when edited time-periods for adjusted reporting
