False reporting of uptime SLA report

Hi Team,

There are there few servers which are down for past few months and server is not pinging, we are getting availability report have 94% uptime. Please help us troubleshooting the above issue.

If the server is not pinging, then the report is showing correctly. If you'd like to change the host checks to not run a ping for the host check, then simply change it to use check_dummy and set $ARG1$ to 0.
