You have exceeded your license limits.

Post by ericssonvietnam »

Hi,

We have integrated more client in XI for monitoring than the XI licence allow's. We are planning upgrade license but before that :-
:- Customer want to check out available reporting in XI
:- Customer want to complete integrate of +50 nodes, till the business approval comes and we place request for licences upgrade.

Can you help me with consequences if there is a delay in licence upgrade and we add all + 350 nodes in licences of 100 nodes. Also how to preform reporting till we be upgrade XI licences?
Please explain the risk involved.

If you have exceeded the license limits, unfortunately this will have an impact on the product features. Your best bet is to email [email protected] and they may be able to provide a license solution, but from a technical support standpoint we are not able to authorize this.

That i do understand, but could you please suggest risk involved in:-
1: We continue using same setup for a month, will there by any data loss?
2: As customer wants SLA report first to approve licence upgrade, what will be correct method ? lower down number of nodes count to 100 by deactivating 50 nodes or completely clean up will be required?
