Re: Metrics show only data from SNMP checks
Can you try editing /usr/local/nagios/etc/pnp/process_perfdata.cfg and change the TIMEOUT value to something like 20? Wait for about 15 minutes and see if that changed anything.
Also please send a screenshot of the Run Check Command for a bad service. XI > Configure > CCM > [Bad service] > Run Check Command.

Hi,
sorry for delay, I was a little confused by not finding your reply at the bottom, but now I found the second page
I've tried to change timeout value, but it has no effect.
I've also uploaded examples of Run check command outputs.
Regards,
Marek

Can you go to XI > Home > Service Detail > [Bad service] > Advanced tab and send a screenshot of that?
Edit the file /usr/local/nagios/etc/pnp/process_perfdata.cfg and change LOG_LEVEL = 2. Wait for the service to try and process performance data eg 15 minutes. Then send the file /usr/local/nagios/var/perfdata.log. After that, you can restore LOG_LEVEL = 0.

Did you sent that email from an email address you have on file with us?
I do not see your ticket in the queue. Please either send to that email using one you have on file, or request [email protected] to add in a new one.
Thanks, and please update this thread again when this is done.
