Attached again. Looks like it has both contact and contact groups even though I only configured contact groups in service. but it also added contract from host config to service. Why is that?

host template file and service template are attached. I still don't understand the reason why service was inherited contact from host template file. To me, it makes more sence if It is inherited from service template

Can you provide a screenshot of the service check ftps Certificate expiration_windows from XI > Core Config Manager?
