I want to monitor mssql databse using MSSQL Database Config Wizard but unable find any tutorial for same.
So,Please share any doc on MSSQL Database Config Wizard and MSSQL Config Wizard.
What Pre-requisites required on nagiosxi server?
What type permissions/access/authentication required on MSSQL server ?
If possible, guide me to configure monitoring using MSSQL Database Config Wizard.

Here's the documentation for setting up the prerequisites:

As for authentication, the default MSSQL wizards require that you use SQL Server authentication.

As for the authentication method, that question was already answered by @mcapra: SQL Server authentication.
