Track changes in Nagios XI?

Over the weekend one of our dashlets was changed. I have a few questions:

When a dashlet is changed by a user with admin privileges, does that trigger an audit log entry?
If so, what entry type is it? I assume Change or Modify
Side note, what's the difference between Change and Modify?
If there is no audit entry, why not?
Is there any mechanism that lets you know what gets changed when it happens?

Are you talking about a dashlet or a dashboard being changed?

A dashlet was replace with another dashlet inside a dashboard.

Unfortunately, these type of changes are not logged by Nagios. Do you have any additional questions or may we close this topic?
