I tried nmap as suggested. It works fine it get the following response:
"Host is up (0.0033s latency)
Port State Service
161/udp open snmp
Nmap done: 1 IP address (1 host up)"
The community tab looks like this: I have tried enable all IP addresses.

I'm not sure what that Community name is. Looking at the IMM documentation, it seems like you may have an old version of IMM. Here's the documentation I found: https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgece ... 0y1465.pdf
Is the documentation for the version of IMM you are using available online? Can you link to it? I suspect you are using the wrong community string, but I don't know where you put the community string unless "Nagios" is the community string. I suppose you could try that.
