When a system faults, with multiple services associated with that system, I should be able to ACK that entire system at the system view and not have to go in and individually process each service of that system (annoying!).
For example, when you know a system has gone down and there may be 7 services typically monitored on that system, I should be able to ACK this at the first system view and have all of those ACK'd.
Make sense?
Ack should be available for entire system
Re: Ack should be available for entire system
Currently with Core you can either acknowledge an entire service group, or acknowledge all services for a host. Would that get you what you need?
Re: Ack should be available for entire system
I find that this option isn't always present.
If I have a host that's down, that has several services associated with it, I want to go to Problems -> Host and on that primary list, have an Ack for all on the host. I don't want to have to scruff through several levels of menus to figure out how to Ack
It is a pet peeve
