Generating a report for only host availability

Hello,

I was wondering if it was possible to generate a report that only includes host availability. We use Nagios XI, and I see in the existing "Availability" report that the report includes both host and service availability. We would like to send out a report that excludes service availability and only shows host availability for a specified host group.

Is this possible at all in XI?

Hey @david.j.skinner, Welcome to the forums!

I believe you can click advanced, and click the checkbox for "Do not show service data"

That will limit your availability reports to only host or host groups.

Is that what you wanted?

I checked but I don't see that as a checkbox option under "Advanced".

Is it possible that is included in a newer version of Nagios XI from what we run now? We currently are on version 5.2.0.

Most likely, If there isn't an advanced option then it was added in a more recent version of XI.

Do you have any intentions of upgrading to our latest version? Are you a customer? There are a vast amount of fixes from 5.2.0 to 5.4.10, which is where we are now. With a new upcoming release soon.

We are intending to do that soon but will definitely speed that up knowing this!
