Acknowledgements and Comments Report

Hello Support,

Is there a way to generate a Acknowledgements and Comments Report so that we can track the number of Nagios alerts each of our engineers handled?

Forgot to add the Nagios version. This is on NagiosXi 5.4.9.

There is no way exactly, except for going to XI Home --> under Incident Management --> Acknowledgements.

You could probably schedule that page on your "scheduled reports" in Reports --> under My scheduled reports.

Thanks, Kyan. We don't seem to have the option to schedule a report in NagiosXI. Is there a setting we need to enable to use this feature?

It is available in the Enterprise edition of Nagios XI. Any page within XI will work.

Ultimately, you can go to XI Home --> under Incident Management --> Acknowledgements

While you are on that page, go to the upper right-hand corner that has 3 bars and click schedule page. (shown below)
