Nagios XI Ticketing System
Nagios XI Ticketing System
How does someone get access to the Nagios ticketing platform? I was told it's at https://support.nagios.com/tickets, which works, however the user account I am using doesn't work. Do we need a unique ticketing system account created? If so, what are the steps? Thanks.

Did you add your account using https://support.nagios.com/add-contact/ ? If so, you should email [email protected].
