I am posting here as I am not receiving a timely response to email via [email protected]
I am a licensed XI (Enterprise) and NNA user, however I am unable to activate XI due to exceeding my activation count causing significant issues for report generations required immediately.
Previous re-activations have been due to Nagios Database Corruption issues that have required clean reinstalls.
I can confirm we have a single instance of XI running. Would be very appreciative to any support team member able to assist directly. I did attempt to post on the registered users forum, however I don't seem to have the "New Topic" button available.
Maintenance is Current (Expires in 113 days on 2018-04-11)

Hello, @drstaind1. I just talked to your sales manager and he said he'll get in touch with you shortly. He said they need to know the IP address to decommission.
As of May 25th, 2018, all communications with Nagios Enterprises and its employees are covered under our new Privacy Policy.
