@naranant , If the basic authentication is enabled, you should be able to authenticate by pasting this template into your web browser:
Let us know if this works.
As of May 25th, 2018, all communications with Nagios Enterprises and its employees are covered under our new

If I were to apply this template to my nagios core it would look like this:
Is there a possibility for you set us up a testing account on your website? That way it would be easier for us to do some tests to figure out whats the problem.
