@naranant, If the basic authentication is enabled, you should be able to authenticate by pasting this template into your web browser:

https://admin:[email protected]
Let us know if this works.

@naranant, Sure, basically it goes like this:

https://username:password@your_website.com
If I were to apply this template to my nagios core it would look like this:

http://nagiosadmin:[email protected]
Is there a possibility for you set us up a testing account on your website? That way it would be easier for us to do some tests to figure out whats the problem.

It seems to be an issue with that URL. It worked with few others URL's so you can close the thread.
