Hi,

I have not changed any settings before I tried to reproduce it in Core. I upgraded from NagiosXI R2.2 to 2.3 today and that is the only substantial change I made.

At the moment we're still not able to reproduce this issue. Can you post the contents of your /usr/local/nagios/etc/cgi.cfg file?

I was able to reproduce the map in Core today but once I tried to open it in NagiosXI and then tried in core again, it did not show up. I have attached the cgi.cfg output below.

When I try to load Network Status map in layered mode I do not get any result. When I right click and select "view image", it gives a page like the one attached.

What do you do in order to "load Network Status map in layered mode" in Nagios XI? I believe this can be done only in Nagios Core.

Right-clicking on the image and selecting "view image" should give you a "normal" result in Nagios Core. In Nagios XI right click will give you an image, like the one you attached. This is a bug - feel free to post it on our bug tracker:

In Nagios XI interface, what are you selecting to view the layered mode? I didn't believe this was an option.
