cpu performance graph is not showing in nagios xi

Hi Team,

The CPU graph not empty before jan 10 we have graph for before 10 we are not getting the after jan 10 for this we have seen the file not updating at perfdata folder as we post before. In the same host which is not coming the graph , The other services graphs are coming like memory/disk/ are showing as regular. The only CPU performance graph is not showing in few hosts not all.

After please run:

If that doesn't help please send in your Nagios XI System Profile.
To send us your system profile. Login to the Nagios XI GUI using a web browser.
Click the "Admin" > "System Profile" Menu
Click the "Download Profile" button
Save the profile.zip file and attach it to your next post.

PS: If you don't care about the old perf data for the CPU checks you can delete the old XML and RRD files as a quick fix. Navigate to /usr/local/nagios/share/perfdata , then go in the folder that corresponds to the hostname, find the cpu check RRD and cpu check XML and delete them. Within 15 minutes Nagios should recreate these files and start graphing again.

Thanks for the replay,

We have only 4000 services only monitoring with 4 core process with 12 GB ram. Is my resources are not sufficient i don't think so.
Is there any another way to fix this issue.

Hello, @Gonela. Did you follow the tutorial that I've attached to my previous post? Did you run the restart command? Can you delete the RRD and XML files? Can you attach the system profile?
