Nagios XI Installation Error on CentOS 6.2

I'll start by saying that I'm totally new to CentOS and Nagios. Now to the issue, I'm attempting to manually install Nagios XI on CentOS 6.2 but I keep receiving an Installation Error:

[root@localhost ~]# cd /tmp/nagiosxi
[root@localhost nagiosxi]# ./fullinstall

IMPORTANT: This script should only be used on a 'clean' install of CentOS
or RedHat. Do NOT use this on a system that has been tasked with other

install you should have selected ONLY the 'Base' package in the OS installer.
