Nagios Map

Post by pusher1971 »

Hello,
After some manual configuration this is our current look of Nagios Map. However I would like the hosts to have some spaceing between them automatically. As you can see the names of the hosts can not be read. I have unsucessfully tried some solutions (I get errors, or I dont know how to do it), see below some of my problems. Best would be to use the patch automatically, but nagiosmap.pl sounds like a almost ok solution.

Do you know any solutions that do this?

/Nick

nagiosmap.pl

Dont know how to install. I guess I need to recompile all, but Im afraid of doing it without an instruction.

How to import the nagiosmap so that I can move the nodes/hosts?

Do you have any alternatives?

I'm not familiar with Nagios Map, but I can recommend NagVis as an alternative. I see you mentioned it in your post, but I didn't really understand your issue with it.
