Nagios XI Replication

Post by MOHANREDDY »

Hi,

Currently we have NagiosXi installed on RHEL 7.3, we have master-master replication working on the databases, Do we need to make any files to be in sync with each other on both masters?

Thanks,

The files and folders found in https://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nag ... ios-XI.pdf. Additionally the snmp(tt) config at /etc/snmp/.

So, all these files should in sync with each other on both the servers? By what frequency they should be in sync?

Should the files mentioned in this doc should be in sync on both master as a part of Replication?

If you're planning to have some fail-over scenario, then yes, the files should be synced. Which ones and how often depends on what exactly you'd like to keep synced and how often there may be changes to them in your environment.
