Config error for Exchange server and Network Switch
Re: Config error for Exchange server and Network Switch
The I/O wait seems to be fine. The first time I ran the configuration the I/O wait went up to 26% and the second time I ran it the max I/O wait was 12%. The rest of the parameters look good.

Re: Config error for Exchange server and Network Switch
Out of curiosity, since we were able to successfully apply the configuration through the console, is the web interface still timeing out when applying configuration?
Re: Config error for Exchange server and Network Switch

Not sure if these are related but looking over the list of file permissions you sent I did notice some anomolies and we should clean them up as well
Also, when you upped the time in your php.ini did you increase the available memory too?
Code: Select all
cd /usr/local/nagiosxi/scripts
rm -f nagiosql.*
chown nagios:nagios nagiosql_importall.phpRe: Config error for Exchange server and Network Switch
Hi,
I ran the commands and its still not working. When I increased the time I did increase the memory as well in the php file.
Thanks.

Re: Config error for Exchange server and Network Switch
Have you added a large number of configuration items before Applying configuration? In other words, do you have a LOT (500+) of items in the Core Config Manager that do not appear to be synced to file?
What kind of results do you get when you use the Core Config Manager->Write Config Tool to export the configs?

Re: Config error for Exchange server and Network Switch
Hi,
No, all the hosts seem to be synced to file in CCM. When I run the write monitoring data in Nagios CCM it just gives a blank screen with Nagios Core Config manager on top. The rest of the write config tools work fine. The error when running the write monitoring tool is shown below. The time mentioned in the error mesage is 5 hrs past CST( the last message). Nagios and linux server are on CST. Could that be a reason it is timing out?
Thanks.
