I purchased a NagiosXI. How can I do to obtain access to Customer Forums?

You can add a support forum user to your license here

Re: Customer support
Yesterday, I could read customers forums without the possibility to post.
Now I cannot read it anymore.
I'm a registered customer without a support contract.
But the description of customer forum tells "This is a customer-only support forum for Nagios products. Access to this support board is limited to customers who purchase Nagios XI, Nagios Fusion or a Nagios Core support contract."
When I go to the page and insert my account and licence I get the message:
"The account's support expired 2015-01-15. Please contact [email protected] for more information on support options."
Thus I think that the message over is wrong... Customer who purchase Nagios and also a support contract. Not or...
Why yesterday was I able to read customers forums and not today??

Graziano.

Re: Customer support
The description actually should be changed, you do need to have an active support contract to read the Customer forum and open tickets.
I cannot explain why you could read the customer forum yesterday as support on your license ended 2015-01-15

Me too. Maybe someone made some change in the last days...I cannot explain why you could read the customer forum yesterday as support on your license ended 2015-01-15
I think as a customer I should at least have the rights to read the customer forum. (not to post but at least to read it)
Because of this yesterday I was able to solve a problem in 5.5.1 and post the workaround on General forum...

Graziano.

Re: Customer support
Glad it is resolved. Customer forum is restricted to customers with support contracts.xdatanet wrote:Me too. Maybe someone made some change in the last days...I cannot explain why you could read the customer forum yesterday as support on your license ended 2015-01-15
