Nagios XI 5.5.1 Notifications to Service Now fails randomly on servers and incidents that are tagged critical are not created.
We verified the settings on the console and could not see any issues.
Can we get a technical support person to join and assist in trouble shooting the issue.
This is a critical issue for our company .

Please open a ticket at https://support.nagios.com/tickets/ and attach a profile from the XI machine. Profiles can be generated under Admin > System Config > System Profile > Download System Profile.
