Corrupted PDF in 5.5.2

What did yo have set in the Admin -> System Settings under "Program URL:" and "External URL:" ?

I had already sent a snapshot of this previously.

As a side note I had to put my recent posts under general support as for some reason I had lost my access and had to restore it last week.

Found the issue in the php code.

Terry, what is the issue that you have found? Do we need to bring it to our developers' attention? Is it something in our code or in some custom tweaks that you have made to the system?

Describing the solution/workaround here would help other users, who may be having the same issue. Thank you!
