Hi all,
I have the payed version with support active but cannot create a new post on that section.
I am trying to perform backups via SSH to another server.
I have setup everything with my details and when testing the connection i get this information: "Connection established. Username/Password OK."
When i try to test SCP transfer i am getting this error: "Could not transfer file. Permissions may be wrong or folder may not exist."
I have tested using another client with the same credentials and am able to create and delete files and folders.
How can i troubleshoot this issue?

I have just now created a local FTP server but have the same result, can authenticate but cannot perform the test upload.

Please run a test scp command from the nagios XI server towards the remote SCP server:ls -ld /NAGIOS/
scp somefile.txt username@remoteserverIP:/NAGIOS/

I cannot do a "ls -ld /NAGIOS/" as it is a windows server with Solarwinds SFTP/SCP server.
I was able to copy a file to the SCP server.
Please check the file attached.

"/NAGIOS/" doesn't look like a Windows directory... Can you tell us how you installed and configured the SSH server on the Windows machine? Can you show us the permissions of the "/NAGIOS/" directory?I cannot do a "ls -ld /NAGIOS/" as it is a windows server with Solarwinds SFTP/SCP server.
