Disable Ping checks on Host

Hi There,

I have a few hosts where ICMP and ping is not allowed so the checks on the host always shows down, yet the services are up.

Is there any way to disable the host ping check or tell it that the host is up, even though pings are blocked?

You can always change the ping command to something else, that makes sense in your environment - checking a port that is open, check_dummy, etc. Please review our documentation on changing the host alive check here:
