Nagiox xi upgrade failed

Trying to upgrade from 5.4.10 to 5.5.17 and it failed because it is trying to connect to redhat license server whichh never did before.
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

Hello Jimeaton,

The error would suggest that you are unable to access a RHEL repository because the system is not registered with Red Hat. Please got to Admin >> System Profile under System Config >> download profile and attach the generated profile.zip

Also, from /tmp or whichever folder you're running the upgrade from and locate the file upgrade.log and attach this foile as well.
