Hello. We have a problem using BirdsEye dashboard. We add a contact to a service, not to a host. BirdsEye shows only one rectangle (while we have several hosts with problems) without the hostname and shows a problems of only one host.
I wanted to attach printscreen, but forum doesnt allow to upload images.
Thank you.

When you create or reply to a topic, there should be tab to upload an image. It's not clear to me what the problem with birdseye is, so please try uploading again.

Re: BirdsEye bug
Ok. At the printscreen time I have some problems on some hosts. User`s contact added only to services, not to host.

Re: BirdsEye bug
This is the reason why the host is not listed above the "SMTP" and "E-MAIL Check Delivery" service. The contact is not allowed to see the host. If you want him/her to see the host, simply add the contact to the host.User`s contact added only to services, not to host.

Re: BirdsEye bug
I have some problems on some hosts. In birdseye I see problems of only one host without hostname. At the same time 'Open Service Problems' shows all problems off all hosts with hostname.
Printscreens attached.

Re: BirdsEye bug
On the first issue (the hostname not being shown in Birdseye, when contact is added to services only) - this was "by design", but we are going to change it, in order to make it consistent with the "Service Status" page. I expect the birdseye component to be updated soon, so you could check for available updates by going to Admin > Manage Components > Check for Updates
On the second issue - you see only 2 out of 4 services that are in Critical state in Birdseye, because only these two services are in a HARD Non-OK state. The other two services are in SOFT state. Birdseye only shows hard states.

1. Thank you. Will wait.
2. It was the test situation. Our customer said the problem exists on production with hard states.

You can check once in a while to see if there is a new version of the Birdseye component available by going to Admin > Manage Components, and clicking on "Check for Updates".1. Thank you. Will wait.
You would need to ask your customer to show us a new screenshot of the issue. I can clearly see on the one you showed us, that 2 of the services are NOT in a hard state... (attempt 1 out of 3)2. It was the test situation. Our customer said the problem exists on production with hard states.

Re: BirdsEye bug
I have told the problem persists with hard state. You need a picture? ok.

Re: BirdsEye bug
The host name is still missing from the last screenshot. This means that most probably you haven't upgraded the BirdsEye component to the latest version... Try upgrading the component to ver. 3.2.3 and see if this is going to fix the issue.
