We have a user that is leaving our company. What is the best way to remove the user from Nagios XI so they don't receive any alerts anymore?
Thanks

it says I have to have the enterprise version in order to use this option. We have standard so what are the steps to get this accomplished?scottwilkerson wrote:CCM -> Bulk Modifications Tool

Re: Contacts
Then you would need to go to
In CCM -> Contacts
click the i (Relationships)
remove the contact from all of their relationships
Once there are no more, you can
Delete contact
Apply Configuration
Admin -> Users
Delete user
In CCM -> Contacts
click the i (Relationships)
remove the contact from all of their relationships
Once there are no more, you can
Delete contact
Apply Configuration
Admin -> Users
Delete user
