I reviewed your system profile and it looks normal. I would recommend optimizing your php settings to improve performance (see guide below).

Can you try running the legacy version ( is it faster)? Are there any other parts of the user interface that are slow?

Its about 20% better. But it still seems slow.

A %complete display, instead of the moving black balls, might help manage expectations, indicate that something is really being processed, and give a rough indication of how much longer it will take.
