most of my services can trigger email/sms notification when getting outage. but some of the services cannot.
I compared the configuration between a working service and problematic service and haven't found difference.
Can you please help me to troubleshoot?

Go to Home > Service Status and then click on the service in question and then click on the Advanced Tab and then send a custom notification. Are you able to receive this?
Here's some general information to help troubleshoot notification options.
Nagios XI - Notification Problems
In this case, it's likely a configuration setting or the notification preferences for the user. Make sure those services have notifications enabled and then verify the Notification Period along with the Notifications Options.most of my services can trigger email/sms notification when getting outage. but some of the services cannot.
