Hello,
I'm running 5.6.3 on CentOS 7.
Sometimes I have the OK service state stuck in the SOFT state type in the State History.
In fact, the state is HARD, if checked in the Service Status Details.
There is something wrong with the attempts counter, note 2 of 3 attempts in the State History and 1 of 3 attempts in the Service Status Details.
This also badly affects the availability report, because OK service state is not accounted, while the "Include Soft States" option is "No".

Re: OK service state stays in the SOFT state type
Hi,
Is this an issue you've noticed in previous versions? If not, what version of XI were you running before?
Also, can you PM me your system profile?
