Cannot make any changes in Nagios Xi

Hi
We cannot make any changes in Nagios XI (modifying any services or host information or anything in Core config manage).
It gives this error

Warning: Duplicate definition found for contact 'xi_default_contact' (config file '/usr/local/nagios/etc/contacts.cfg', starting on line 47)
Error: Could not add object property in file '/usr/local/nagios/etc/contacts.cfg' on line 48.
Error processing object config files!

Hello @cmls,

You've got an error in the current configuration. Have you tried restoring a previous configuration snapshot? You can do this by going to Configure>CCM>Quick Tools>Configuration Snapshots. Next, click on the green arrow from the Actions menu to restore.

Alternatively, within the CCM, go to Alerting>Contacts and search for xi_default_contact. Do you have more than one? If so either delete it or deactivate it, and try to Apply Configuration again.
