Nagios XI perfomance graph shows 0 bandwth for tunnel device

Hello

Our Nagios server shows zero bandwidth for most of the tunnel device.
The permission of the rrd file is correct also we have regenerated the rrd and xml file for the service which has an issue. But still shows zero output.

Kindly help us to fix the issue.

Is there anything in /usr/local/nagios/var/perfdata.log? We may need to increase logging verbosity. To do that, edit /usr/local/nagios/etc/pnp/process_perfdata.cfg and change LOG_LEVEL = 0 to 1. Then see if we get any additional messages in perfdata.log that could help us.
