Hi,
Internet access to the servers has been restricted to approved sites only.
Now the upgrade does not work anymore.
I need the list of all the hosts the installer accesses during installation or upgrade.
Where can I get this list?
Thanks.

Re: URL Whitelist for XI Installation / Upgrade
Hello @rajasegar,
Below is a link to the offline installation instructions. Please note the instructions are not for an offline upgrade for a system installed with network access. I would recommend doing a offline installation on another server or VM, and then migrate your data.
Installing Nagios XI in an Offline Environment
Backing Up and Restoring Nagios XI
The Nagios XI license allows for 3 installations, production, test and backup, so you can set this up on a test system before migrating the production server to an offline server.

Re: URL Whitelist for XI Installation / Upgrade
I don't need offline installation. I just need to whitelist the sites the installer might access.benjaminsmith wrote:Hello @rajasegar,

On our site the hosts would be:
However, many packages will be installed via repositories, but as long as you already have your normal reposttories whitelisted the above should be all.
Code: Select all
