Hi,
We just kicked off a update to the latest version of XI, but there appears to be no progress, the system is just sitting there showing "Update in progress" and has been doing so for more than an hour now. How long is this expected to take?
I've attached our System Profile, hope you can assist here.

This can happen in certain situations using the GUI upgrade..
Lets follow the manual upgrade process

then, once complete you can reset the upgrade status in the GUI
