Hello Team,
For network interface status we are getting unknown:no information being retrieved.
Next check attempt it's showing critical: interface status down
Can you clarify what's the reason we are getting Unknown:no information on being retrieved

Can you tell us a little more about this service check? Is this a network switch that you're monitoring? Is it being monitored via SNMP?

Yes...network switch only...it's monitored via SNMP
Re: Unknown:No information being retrieved
Is this just one interface on the switch, or are multiple interfaces experiencing this?
If it's just one interface on the switch, the first thing I would check would be whether someone is unplugging a computer from the switch at that port. SNMP responds like that when a device is unplugged from an interface.
