Unable to get the performance Graph

Hello,

Ok. Let's try to get this by using the command line. Run the following commands:

rm -rf /usr/local/nagiosxi/var/components/profile*​​
/usr/local/nagiosxi/scripts/components/getprofile.sh SUPPORT

Then PM the resulting /usr/local/nagiosxi/var/components/profile.zip​ file. Thanks.

Hi Team,

we are using 5.2.2 version downloaded the same version and extracted the sudoers file.we compared the sudoers file with our server sudeors file both are same.

can we have webex session to resolve the issue as early as possible.

/usr/local/nagiosxi/scripts/components/getprofile.sh SUPPORT script itself not there in this version.

in the /usr/local/nagiosxi/var/components/profile we have below attached text file is there please go through it.
