upgrade from xi-5.4.5 to the latest

is there any foreseen issue if i do upgrade Nagios XI from 5.4.5 to the latest 5.6.9?

The nagios is setup on CentOS release 6.7

but i already see the issues while updating from UI, which finally fixed with:

and the upgrade from UI takes forever and cannot be done.
