I'm not familiar with this plugin but it looks like it is calling sapcontrol command and that doesn't appear to be available on this system

Additionally the download page says
You will need to use your own NR ##, remember to edit the scripts.
Inside the scripts you will find my email, don't hesitate to write me for any question concerning to SAP Monitoring with Nagios.

when I'm trying to compose email. Getting this message "The requested users to be added do not exist."

I'm not sure we are able to help you compose an email, that is out of the scope of the support we provide.
