I've been unable to upgrade via the GUI for the last couple years now, and I've followed https://support.nagios.com/kb/article/n ... e-851.html in order to reset the status, then perform the upgrade manually, but I don't get the last updated statistics or ease of use via the GUI, so I'm wondering if there is an actual fix to the issue?
In the event, that this helps, this is the command that resets the status on my box, and not the other option;

I updated to 5.6.11 last month manually, and it's getting stuck again on the currently available update.

There was a bug in 5.6.11 that would cause the backup before upgrade, to fail. To over come this, you will need to perform the upgrade manually
