Hmm, not sure why it's failing then.

Please create a ticket for this and include a link back to this forum thread so we can get a remote session setup and try to get this resolved for you:

We are in GMT+8 timezone. Which is 12 hours apart if not mistaken.
Please update on the timings. FYI, we cannot use Zoom.

We use gotoassist or webex. Did you create a ticket? I will send my calendar link in the ticket once it's received.

Have you tried rebooting that windows system to see if that resolves it? Is this occurring on any other systems?

Not yet. We are currently in freeze period. Will get back to you soon. Hopefully 9am your time.
Rebooting a production mail server is not an easy process.

We can investigate without rebooting if you'd like? I understand how much fun scheduling a mail server reboot is.
